Jeff Lindsay-Thorsen’s passion for wine and fine cuisine has led him around the world in pursuit of strengthening his knowledge and feeding his passion.  He has gained a deep understanding of and appreciation for the vast world of wine while working harvests at esteemed estates in Burgundy, New Zealand and closer to home in Washington and Oregon.  After earning an Advanced Sommelier Certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, Jeff created some of the Pacific Northwest's most dynamic and celebrated restaurant wine programs like Michael Mina & Rajat Parr’s RN74.

In 2007, Lindsay-Thorsen co-founded W.T. Vintners with business partner George White. The winery focuses on producing single-vineyard Syrah and Rhône-style wines from esteemed vineyards in Washington State. The old adage “great wine is made in the vineyard” is at the root of his winemaking philosophy. He sources fruit from some of the most esteemed vineyards in Washington - including the Stoney Vine Vineyard and the Destiny Ridge Vineyard - for the limited production wines he crafts at his facility in Woodinville.

Jeff’s skills as both a sommelier and winemaker landed him on the prestigious Wine Enthusiast Magazine Top 40 under 40 Tastemakers in America and W.T. Vintners as a Top 100 Winery in the World from Wine and Spirits Magazine in 2019 and 2020.
