Wine 300

This 300-level course is designed for individuals who have a solid foundation of working wine knowledge (viticulture and vinification, strong tasting vocabulary, significant global wine regions) and are looking to dig deeper into wine laws/regulations and regional nuances, particularly for professional service/sales or serious consumer interest. In this series of classes (see below for schedule), we'll taste eight classic wines and cover: local terroir details, appellation laws, permitted grapes, styles and tasting notes, and trends.
