French Pairings

In this class we'll travel to France to gain some solid wine knowledge. From Alsace, to Languedoc-Rousillon and everything in between, this is one of the most important countries for wine around the world, and not to mention their incredible cuisine. Three French inspired dishes such as Bouillabaisse will be crafted by Chef AJ Schaller to showcase various wine pairings. We'll cover the importance of good pairing; general pairing guidelines; and for each dish we'll provide one "match made in heaven" wine, one "neutral," and one "mismatch" to emphasize the elements of a great pairing.
