In this class, we'll cover the wine regions of the Left Bank including the sub regions of the Haut Medoc, Graves and Sauternes. We will discuss and taste the differences in styles of wine produced in Pauillac, St. Estephe, Margaux, St. Julien, Graves and Sauternes. We'll cover: history of the region; geology and climate; appellations and classifications; producers and vintages.
