Food & Wine Pairings: Vegetarian

Food and Wine Pairings is a fun, social class where we sit down together with a specific food category to discover, through tasting ad discussion, what works, what doesn’t work and why. In this edition of Food and Wine Pairings, we’ll focus on Vegetables. We’ll pair six wines with a selection of foods such as: Brussels sprouts, faro salad and roasted delecata squash.
