Food and Wine Pairings is a fun, social class where we sit down together with a specific food category to discover, through tasting and discussion, what works, what doesn’t work and why. In this edition of Food and Wine Pairings, we’ll focus on Fat and Tannin. We’ll pair six wines with a selection of food such as: cotechino sausage, house-made ricotta and beef and veal meatballs.
